Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for visiting our returns and exchanges policy pages.
We will happily provide refunds in the following instances:
- Product came damaged or defective
For orders that contain items that are defective or damaged upon delivery, please email our support team at support@designandexploration.com as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Once we confirm the eligibility, customers are responsible for shipping the orders in the original condition and packaging with order invoice. A mailing label will be emailed to you.

When the return is received, we will inspect the item and initiate a refund to your original payment method if it passes inspection. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive, so please provide tracking information to help both you and us.
To cancel your order, you must email us at support@designandexploration.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only acceptable if wrong color from order ships, or if the product was damaged and full or partial return will be processed.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should first send us an email at support@designandexploration.com to first confirm that your order is eligible for a return/refund and then mail your product with the processed shipping label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancel Order
To cancel your order, you must email us at support@designandexploration.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
In the event your item does not arrive
All orders that do not arrive within 60 days from shipment notification date, you will be eligible for a full refund or a re-shipment of your order (your choice). In these situations, orders are generally either lost in shipment or there has been an unexpected lengthy delay in transit due to an influx in shipments and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
